  • Contribute to the interactive street-level imagery and digital preservation map app: Terrain360 by streamlining (species) data entry, improving UI/UX of webpage, executed detailed data entry while gaining knowledge on MapBox and Google open-source data.

  • Enhance ML/AI tool to better recognize land-use types.

GIS Intern                                                                                      

National Park Service, Remote

  • Produced an interactive web page using JavaScript/CSS/HTML to showcase underserved areas for the National Park Service. This assisted in my knowledge of coding web pages, typology, and cartography on MapBox.

  • Working with NLCD raster data, I created a land protection strategy using GIS and ecological modeling. I used buffer parameters, Pixel Editor, and satellite imagery data on ArcGIS Pro to manually reclassify the Barren Lands bin into two categories based on satellite imagery and geographic knowledge.
